Terms of Service
Effective 2026-09-17. These terms are between you and [Company legal name], [Registered address] (“we”).
The service
Email Slicer turns email design images into HTML email templates and pushes them to your Klaviyo account or packages them as a ZIP. You need an account, and a Klaviyo account of your own to use the push features.
Your account
Keep your password and API keys confidential; you are responsible for activity in your workspace. A workspace has one owner; on the Agency plan the owner can also invite teammates, and remains responsible for their activity. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.
Your content
You keep all rights to the designs you upload and the emails we generate from them. You grant us the licence needed to process them for you — slicing, rendering, sending to the providers you connect — and nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to the designs and for what you send to your subscribers.
Plans and payment
Free plans have the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; taxes are added where applicable. You can cancel any time from the billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then reverts to Free. Usage limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to probe or overload our systems, or to resell it without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
Third-party services
Klaviyo, OpenAI, Anthropic and Dodo Payments have their own terms. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control; a failed push or AI call is retried or reported to you but is not a breach by us.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate for breach of these terms. On termination your projects are deleted after the retention period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where [Company legal name] is registered, and disputes go to its courts, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
